Linda Parys

I’m a creativity trainer, brand strategist and brand coach.

I work with personal brands, women entrepreneurs, leaders and teams on making better use of creativity, building a distinctive vision and turning ideas into concrete action.

My path to where I am today didn’t begin with running training and workshops.

It began with doing.

With my own businesses, experimenting, changing direction and learning through experience. Over the past 15 years I have run my own business projects – among others, I created one of the first concept stores in Poland, bringing together more than 50 designers and makers, and the first fashion truck promoting Polish fashion. Running the boutique and numerous events grew naturally into my own creative agency, where I worked with brands, entrepreneurs and organizations on branding, communication and experience design.

It was practice that taught me what is now the foundation of my work: a good idea is only the beginning. What matters most is creating the conditions in which it can be developed, tested and actually brought to life.

That’s why today I combine creativity, strategy, meaningful branding and soft-skills development

Creativity is a key skill of the future

Creativity isn’t a talent reserved for artists – it’s a key skill of the future: the ability to notice possibilities, shift perspective, connect seemingly distant elements and look for new answers when the old ones stop working. It’s the skill of asking questions.

Meaningful branding – a brand built on authentic foundations

I work with people who are developing their own brands, who have lots of ideas and skills and are looking for a coherent direction for them. I also support leaders and teams in developing creativity, communication, collaboration, responsiveness to change, strategic thinking about the future and innovation design.

The idea of meaningful branding is especially close to my heart – building personal brands and companies on solid foundations: a unique “why”, values, experience and individual superpowers. That’s where a brand’s character comes from, its way of communicating and what I call Unique Brand Vibe – a recognizable energy and quality that makes a brand coherent, authentic and natural.

Multi-passion – flexibility and connecting perspectives

Equally important to me are multi-passion and creativity as a skill of the future – especially in a world that asks us for ever more flexibility, for connecting different perspectives and for finding our own direction in times of change.

Creative wellbeing

I also devote a lot of attention to creative wellbeing, because I believe creativity doesn’t grow only from more stimuli, ideas and tools. It also needs space, rest, curiosity and conditions in which we can give ourselves time to reflect.

Strategic imagination and futures thinking

I’m also fascinated by strategic imagination and futures thinking – the ability to look beyond the next goal, notice change, create possible future scenarios and consciously design what may happen next.

And I bring all of this together with experience design, because a brand doesn’t end with strategy, visual identity or communication. It lives at every touchpoint with its audience: in how a customer encounters it, what they feel and what they remember.

Methods

I believe in learning-by-doing methods, so during consultations, workshops and training we build, write, test, talk a lot and look at problems from different perspectives. I use tools such as LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, journaling and MindSonar®.

I run 1:1 consultations, masterminds, workshops, training and talks.

Experience

I have run workshops and given talks at events including CreativeMornings, TEDxUWr, Gdynia Design Days, Łódź Design Festival, Bydgoszcz Design Days, the European Literature Night, PodFest Berlin, Czwartki Social Media, the Design That Unites conference and as part of Fashion Revolution.

I also run educational and academic projects. Since 2017 I have been a mentor in the program of the University of Wrocław Careers Office.

I graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław, studied Photography in Therapy and Personal Development (GWSH in Katowice), Brainology and Wellbeing Management (WSAiB in Gdynia) and Innovation and Design Management (School of Form, SWPS University). I hold a coaching accreditation from the International Coaching Community and have completed, among others, the Creativity Workshop in New York.

Motto

Behind all the methods, tools and strategies there is one very simple belief:
every one of us is creative.

Creativity comes in handy when you’re growing a business, changing career direction, building a brand, leading a team, making a difficult decision or trying to answer the question: “what’s next?”.

My motto sums up the way I work:

Creative Mind. Clear Vision. Futures thinking.

And after hours?

I like to start the day with a pour-over coffee, I take handwritten notes, I cycle wherever I can, I collect books and ideas, and I love travelling and long conversations at dusk. I like to call myself multi-passionate – today I know that different passions can be successfully combined into one coherent image, brand and direction.
