Conferences
Talks, power speeches and workshops that stay with participants long after the next coffee break
I design talks, power speeches, conference workshops and training, as well as one-day educational formats, around topics that matter especially to people and organizations today: future skills, creativity, change, building strong brands and creative wellbeing.
I like to combine inspiration with substance. On the one hand, I present ideas, research, trends and new perspectives; on the other – I create space for participants to relate them to their own work, decisions and experience.
They often don’t end with a “3 key takeaways” slide, but flow into a short exercise, work with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, a conversation or a journaling session.

Talk and workshop topics
Creativity as a future skill
Creativity isn’t just an extra reserved for the creative industries. It’s the ability to connect information, shift perspective, ask questions, notice possibilities and create new answers when existing solutions stop working.
In my talks I combine creative thinking with trends, signals of change and strategic imagination. I show why, in the age of AI, curiosity, curation, imagination, the courage to experiment and the ability to ask good questions are becoming ever more important.
Future skills and readiness for change
How do you develop skills that stay valuable despite changing tools, technologies and ways of working?
These are talks about critical thinking, flexibility, learning, experimenting, systems thinking, creativity and navigating change.
Instead of trying to predict a single future, we can learn to function better across many possible future scenarios.
Strong brand foundations
Trends change. Platforms change. So do communication formats.
That’s why it’s worth knowing what in a brand should stay stable.
I work with topics such as defining a brand’s unique “why”, values, differentiators and Unique Brand Vibe – everything that helps build a recognizable, coherent brand and its own perspective, regardless of the next algorithm change or new communication channel.
Creative Wellbeing
Can we talk about creativity without talking about its foundations – rest, thoughtful curation of inspiration and a sense of meaning?
Creative Wellbeing connects creativity with wellbeing and resilience to change. It’s a topic about the quality of attention, sensory overload, recovery, curiosity, consciously choosing what we spend our time on, and creating the conditions in which we can give ourselves to creative thinking and shape our own perspective.
Choose a format
Power speech / talk
A dynamic talk that can open a conference, introduce a new perspective or give an event a strong central theme.
I combine storytelling, concrete examples, tools and engaging elements, so participants are not just an audience for a presentation.
I tailor the format and topic to the character of the event – from a short power speech to a full-length conference talk.
Workshop at a conference
For when you want participants not only to hear about a topic, but to experience it themselves.
A workshop can extend a talk or be a standalone part of the program. We work in shorter conference formats or in blocks of several hours – individually, in pairs and in groups.
Tools based on learning by doing, Design Thinking, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, working with trends, creative thinking and journaling work particularly well here.
One-day training or special workshop
For events that want to offer participants something more than a standard conference agenda.
A one-day format allows a deeper dive into a chosen topic – from creativity and future skills, through brand and communication strategy, to Futures Thinking, change management or Creative Wellbeing.
The program can be designed specifically for the participants of a particular conference, industry or community.
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® at a conference? Absolutely.
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® also works brilliantly at large events, because it instantly turns participants from listeners into people actively taking part in the experience.
Building activates a different way of thinking than listening alone. It helps you move quickly from an abstract question to a concrete image, story and conversation.
It can be part of a workshop, a short intervention during a talk or a standalone conference format.
And it has one more advantage: it’s very hard to check your email while doing it.
Besides, it’s great fun, so smiles on participants’ faces are guaranteed!
And to close? Journaling.
A good conference inspires. An even better one gives you a moment to hold on to that inspiration.
After a whole day of talks, conversations, people and new ideas, participants often leave with their heads full of stimuli.
That’s why one of my favorite ways to close an event is a guided journaling session.
It’s a calm yet engaging format in which participants discover journaling as a practical tool for reflection, pause on what mattered most to them, and then translate the inspiration from the event into their own insights, decisions and next steps.
The session can combine individual writing, short conversations in pairs or groups, and a shared close to the event.
It’s a great way to end a conference, because instead of one more dose of knowledge it gives participants space to gather and exchange inspiration and turn insights into real action.
